Coming Soon: Changing Limiting Beliefs Method

Do you believe that there is a limiting belief that is holding you back from doing something great? Or maybe it isn't "great" but it is something that you really want. Maybe it's more money. Maybe it's a higher self-esteem and a better self image you would like. Whatever it is that you want but you feel a belief is standing in your way can be changed simply and easily.

Other areas include trust (for people with trust issues), attractiveness, success, love, anger, gratitude, failure, honesty, sex, happiness, friendship, spirituality, guilt, self-improvement, inner peace, responsibility, time, career, health, relationships, fear, food, and people.

I haven't specifically written anything on changing limiting beliefs yet but I am working on something that will help you to change your limiting beliefs into beliefs that you can resonate with. Rather than continuing to believe something that isn't true that limits you you will be able to change those beliefs so that you can take advantage of them.

A good example is in the areas of business and career. If you believe that you have to work hard to make a good living then you will always work hard. You probably won't believe that it is possible to work only a few hours a day and make a lot of money. Because of this you will most likely always work a 9 to 5 job and not even consider trying something that is not as time consuming.

In reality there are quite a lot of people who only work a few hours a day and they are doing great. They may have worked hard at first to build their business but it is because they didn't have a belief that held them back from trying they became financially free and now have lots of extra time on their hands.

What about the limiting belief that says you have to go to college and get a degree to be successful? There are lots of people that never finished college but are millionaires or billionaires. For example, Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg, Tiger Woods, Tom Hanks, etc., were college dropouts. I'm not saying you can become the next millionaire or billionaire like these fellas but the point is that these people and many like them did not have limiting beliefs to block them from trying and taking a chance at something they believed in.

As far as actually changing limiting beliefs, I believe it will be as easy as the methods I explain in my other books, Emotional Freedom: Transforming Emotional Pain in 15 Minutes and How to Heal a Broken Heart in 15 Minutes - The Fastest Way to Moving On After a Breakup because all a limiting belief is is a negative belief. Any belief can be changed as you already know if you've read these books and tried the method explained therein.

I will post this method soon once I finish writing it up so stay tuned. Sign up for email updates or like me on Facebook so that you receive updates if you want to be the first to hear about it.
